Celebrity Cruises recently bestowed its 2012 Overall National Accounts Partner of the Year Award upon Avoya Travel. The highest Travel Partner of the Year award given by Celebrity Cruises, it recognized the agency for unsurpassed sales performance last year and excellence in customer service. Celebrity Cruises senior vice president of sales Dondra Ritzenthaler presented the award to Avoya co-presidents Brad and Van Anderson during the Celebrity Cruises National Conference in December.

“This award signifies Celebrity Cruises’ continued support for their travel agency partners and on behalf of our Network, we are honored to be named Overall National Accounts Partner of the Year,” said Brad Anderson.

This marks the second time Celebrity Cruises has honored Avoya with the award — the first was in 2009.

“Avoya Travel continues to impress us with remarkable sales, customer service and innovation, and we look forward to continuing to work together to create extraordinary cruise vacation experiences for customers around the globe,” said Ritzenthaler.

In addition to its awards from Celebrity Cruises, the agency has been recognized by other companies and publications, including Norwegian Cruise Lines, Carnival Cruises and Brendan Vacations.
