Hotel Monteleone appoints Marie Long

Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans recently named Marie Long as its director of entertainment. In her new position, Long will oversee booking regular entertainment in the Carousel Bar and Lounge, which reopened on Dec. 30, 2011.

The renovation of the bar and lounge will be complete in mid-January after the addition of new furniture. Launching this month, the Carousel Bar and Lounge will feature a rotation of entertainment Tuesday through Saturday nights.
