A group of Canadian Travelsavers agents enjoyed the beauty and culture of Miami while being hosted by Kim Tobias of WestJet Vacations, Linda Stilmann of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau and Joan MacKenzie of Travelsavers Canada for a three-day getaway.

The group enjoyed a catamaran dinner cruise along the intercoastal waterway, site inspections and dining at the some of the area’s best restaurants. They also visited Key Biscayne, Bayfront Park, Coconut Grove and South Beach.

“Many of our agents are based in Western Canada, and they hadn’t spent much time in Miami, except as a stop-off point on the way to a cruise,” said Joan MacKenzie, senior director of business development at Travelsavers Canada. “[The agents] were so intrigued by the beauty of Miami and the graciousness of our hosts that they returned to their offices with immediate plans to book groups there.”
