Gordon Ramsay’s first Las Vegas restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Steak, will open May 11 at Paris Las Vegas, offering a high-energy modern steakhouse environment with inspirational touches from London.
“The space is bold and innovative, and we've put together a strong team who together created a contemporary and fresh menu,” said chef Ramsay. “I can't wait to open and start welcoming guests to my very first Vegas-based restaurant.”
The new restaurant’s menu will showcase Ramsay’s interpretation of traditional American steakhouse dishes, changing seasonally to draw on the best available products. The menu will also take inspiration from signature dishes at Ramsay’s most revered restaurants in England, including fish and chips, pork belly with candied kumquat and braised Swiss chard.
On the evening of May 11, Ramsay will participate in Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit’s Grand Tasting, serving small bites to thousands of guests. Attendees will enjoy traditional favorites such as roasted beef Wellington and pan-seared Haddock.
