Caesars Palace Las Vegas will be home to Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s first restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant will open alongside the world’s first Nobu Hotel later this year.
“This restaurant will mark many first milestones -- the first Nobu on the Las Vegas Strip, the very first of my restaurants to offer an in-room dining menu and the first-ever Nobu to open alongside a Nobu Hotel," said Matsuhisa. “Caesars Palace shares our values in striving to leave guests with lasting memories and we are thrilled to be revealing the new concepts and designs for Nobu Caesars Palace.”
Nobu Caesars Palace will combine eastern and western sensibilities in a fun and whimsical setting. David Rockwell and his firm Rockwell Group will lead the design on the hotel, restaurant and lounge, infusing Nobu’s signature Japanese elegance into the designs.
“Chef Nobu, who I’ve had the pleasure of working with earlier in my career, is one of the most internationally acclaimed chefs. His dishes continue to inspire the culinary industry,” said Gary Selesner, regional president of Caesars Palace. “We couldn't be more proud to welcome Chef Nobu and his acclaimed cuisine to our world-class lineup of celebrated chefs and to unveil a third outstanding restaurant designed by David Rockwell to Caesars Palace, combined with the highly anticipated opening of the world’s first Nobu Hotel.”
