A new guide to local restaurants, cafés, bakeries, brewpubs and wineries throughout Oregon's Eugene, Cascades and Coast region is now available.

The 44-page Eugene, Cascades and Coast Dining Guide, produced by Travel Lane County, features 135 venues, with details including menu descriptions, price ranges, accepted credit cards, outdoor dining availability, entertainment options and wheelchair accessibility.

Maps highlight the location of each venue.

The free guide, designed for both visitors and residents, is available at the Eugene, Cascades and Coast Adventure Center at 3312 Gateway St., in Springfield; the Downtown Visitor Center at 754 Olive St., in Eugene; or by calling Travel Lane County at 541-484-5307.

In 2010, visitors to the Eugene, Cascades and Coast region generated $150.9 million on food and beverage-related expenditures, making it the leading category of visitor spending last year.
