Chef David Bull, an “Iron Chef” challenger and James Beard Foundation nominee for Best Chef in the Southwest, will work his wonders at Bolla, the new signature restaurant at The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa in Dallas.
Bolla’s menu offers a unique twist on traditional Italian favorites. Among Bull’s specialties are panzanella salad, pork belly diavolo and rack of lamb Milanese. The Bolla accommodates up to 100 diners and features banquettes, an alfresco terrace and a private chef’s table where diners can observe the culinary artist at work.
The Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa was recently renovated, and along with the Bolla restaurant, features 170 spacious guest rooms and suites with luxury bed and bath amenities and a 5,200 square-foot spa offering traditional and holistic therapies.
The Stoneleigh is within walking distance of Turtle Creek and Katy Trail as well as many other Dallas attractions.
