As of Dec. 18, Singapore Airlines expanded its schedule of services from Houston, Texas, to Moscow (continuing to Singapore) with a new Friday departure, bringing the total number of weekly flights to five (flights now depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays). The route is operated with new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in a three-class configuration, including eight First Class, 42 Business Class and 228 Economy Class seats.

On Jan. 19, Singapore Airlines also resumed daily operations of its all-Business Class nonstop flights from Newark to Singapore, restoring previously suspended services on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Operated with Airbus A340-500 wide body aircraft, this 100-seat service offers one of the fastest options for travel between Southeast Asia and North America.

With these schedule expansions, Singapore Airlines will offer a total of 45 weekly services from the U.S. to Singapore, from gateways in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, New York (JFK) and Newark.
