Families interested in visiting Dallas this summer have reason to rejoice. The Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is making it easier and more affordable for families to take a trip together with the Dallas Summer Family Fun promotion.
The promotion provides families with a complimentary Dallas Summer Family Fun Big Card, which offers discounts through Labor Day on many popular city attractions. Participating partners include the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, the Dallas Zoo, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science and Summer Adventures in Fair Park, where families can receive a complimentary child’s general admission ticket with an adult general admission ticket purchase. Families also receive special rates and bonus savings at participating hotels.
“There has never been a better time to visit Dallas and explore these key attractions which are ideal for families traveling to Dallas,” said Phillip J. Jones, president and CEO of the Dallas CVB. “We welcome Dallas-bound families this summer to experience firsthand how exciting and adventurous our city has become thanks to continued investments in our largest attractions.”
Families can claim their savings card at partner hotels, Texas Visitors Centers or online. To redeem their savings, visitors must present their card, an out-of-town driver’s license (outside the Dalls/Fort Worth area) or a hotel room key.
