In November, after completion of its expansive spa, the 140-acre Stablewood Springs Resort in Texas Hill Country plans to officially open its doors.
“From the beginning, we have known that we could take this property and turn it into a one-of-a-kind retreat,” said Tom Fatjo, owner and developer of the resort. “The beauty and tranquility of this place are simply unmatched, and when we pair that with a superior level of service and unique amenities, the result is a premier vacation destination that people will line up to experience.”
Besides a full-service spa, the resort offers fitness and wellness programs, a mountain biking and hiking trail system, and due to its proximity to the Guadalupe River, fishing, kayaking, tubing and other river activities.
In addition to Stablewood’s eco-friendly construction, the resort has adopted water conservation measures and low emission transportation alternatives. Also, it uses eco-friendly cleaning products and serves organic produce.
