Travelsavers Worldwide Launches Website
Carnival Cruise Lines has changed the name of its agent portal, BookCCL.com, to GoCCL.com and has revamped its website to make it more agent-friendly. GoCCL.com features a new site search powered by Google, improved site organization and design, an up-to-date resource center and a new and improved eBrochure portal that allows agents to customize digital brochures. The new resource center will give agents faster access to a larger library of program and product information.
Carnival has also removed the log-in requirement for unsecured areas so that agents can explore the site without waiting to log in. When agents enter the secured areas of the site with their user name and password, they will have access to their own profile, a new feature that makes managing personal settings and bookings easier.
“We challenged ourselves to find new ways to make information easier to access and more intuitive, which is what our travel agent partners will find on the new GoCCL.com,” said Joni Rein, vice president of worldwide sales. “The site is the first in a series of exciting state-of-the-art tools we are building to help improve the ease of information and accessibility for our travel agent partners.”
