The Los Cabos Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) has partnered with Destinations Ventures Ltd. to develop a new training program designed expressly for travel professionals — the Los Cabos Expert program. The training program includes a study guide, an online study course including detailed guides and insider’s tips, promotional support and the chance to attend an escorted fam trip to Los Cabos. Course graduates will also have access to a support hotline, on-demand electronic sales materials, a color diploma and a display card.
In addition, Destinations Ventures is offering Mexico Lodging Lessons, a tutorial through which travel agents learn insider information about some of the top hotels in Los Cabos. At present, participating hotels include Casa Dorada, Fiesta Americana Grand, Marquis Los Cabos, Me Cabo, all four Pueblo Bonito Oceanfront Resorts & Spas properties, Sheraton Hacienda del Mar Golf & Spa Resort Los Cabos and all four The Villa Group properties.
