Vacation.com recently launched a newly designed Agent Advance Center (AAC), its member training website. New features for the members-only website include improved navigation and search options, categorization of programs by topic and brand as well as an integrated training calendar.
“With so much information on the AAC, it was imperative that members could quickly and easily access content,” said Bernadette Stark, Vacation.com’s director of conference, event planning and training. “The new site is completely reorganized, making it easier for our members to find what they need.”
The enhanced website offers agent members information about Vacation.com’s exclusive programs, products, preferred suppliers and more. Members can also participate in virtual classes, live training events and tutorials.
