Salt Lake City, Utah, is undergoing a transformation — a 23-acre, multibillion-dollar project called City Creek Center. The renovation, which is being funded by City Creek Reserve, will be the first Silver LEED-certified mixed-use development, with sustainably designed and pedestrian friendly residences, offices and retail stores across three downtown blocks.

The pathways in and around City Creek have been designed for the ideal pedestrian experience, with shopping, eating and tree-lined streets perfect for strolling. The area’s unique mix of retail, restaurants, offices, condominiums and apartments is meant as a center for young professionals, older residents and visitors alike.

Salt Lake City’s urban Renaissance will also promote a strong cultural slant with the recent openings of two museums, the Natural History Museum of Utah and The Leonardo museum of science, technology and art.
