Waldorf Astoria Park City Offers 12 Percent Commission

Agents can earn 12 percent commission on select dates or give their clients a fifth night free and complimentary skis

As the snow begins to fall in Utah and ski season approaches, Waldorf Astoria Park City has unveiled two programs exclusively for travel agents. Located at the base of Canyons, Utah’s largest ski and snowboard resort, Waldorf Astoria Park City offers travel agents a 12 percent commission or, when booking through a preferred travel partner, complimentary skis and a fifth night free for their clients during select dates this ski season.

Travel agents who book reservations at the hotel over the following dates will receive a 12 percent commission:
• Jan. 1-10, 2012
• Feb. 5-14, 2012
• Feb. 21-29, 2012
• March 22 through April 10, 2012

To get 12 percent commission, use loyalty plan code OZ. A 30-day advance purchase is required.

Additionally, travel agents can take advantage of a separate promotion and ensure that their clients make the most of Utah’s snow when booking with one of the hotel’s preferred wholesale partners — Ski.com, Alpine Adventures, Rocky Mountain Getaway and Mountain Reservations. With a Sunday arrival over the following dates, clients will receive a fifth night free as well as complimentary skis and bindings with a custom Waldorf Astoria Park City graphic from Utah-based Bluehouse Skis.

To qualify for the promotion, agents must book within these dates:
• Jan. 1–6, 2012
• Jan. 22–27, 2012
• Jan. 29 through Feb. 3, 2012
• Feb. 5–10. 2012
• Feb. 26 through March 2, 2012
• March 25–30, 2012
• April 1–6, 2012

These two promotions cannot be combined or booked together.
