Bumbershoot, Seattle's famous outdoor music and arts festival, is presenting its 40th annual arts extravaganza on the grounds of Seattle Center over Labor Day weekend, Sept. 4-6, 2010.
New this year, the Mainstage is featuring one show per evening, where three headlining artists each perform as the evening progresses.
On the first evening of the festival, the Mainstage concert features the Decemberists, Neko Case and headliner Bob Dylan.
Sunday evening's lineup showcases Rise Against, Hole and headliner Weezer.
Monday evening closes the festival with J. Cole, Drake and headliner Mary J. Blige.
Other artists performing on the various festival stages spread across Seattle Center grounds include LMFAO, Angelique Kidjo, Solomon Burke, Justin Townes Earle, Motion City Soundtrack and Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros.
The festival also offers a wide range of non-musical entertainment including literary arts, dance, theater, kid's performances, comedy and cinema, plus dozens of food booths.
