Ritz Tours has extended its Early Bird Discount through February for advance bookings of all China, Yangtze River Hong Kong travel itineraries scheduled March through December 2006.

“We have extended the Early Bird program by two months in order to give travelers a longer window of time for them to take advantage of significant savings on their vacation packages,” said Evan Chan, director of the China & Asia division of Ritz Tours.

The discount up to $200 off per couple ($100 per person) is available on bookings made by Feb. 28 at least 45 days in advance of the departure date. Deposits ($200 per person) must be received within seven days of the booking by Feb. 28 in order for the discount to apply.

The package features top-of-the-line hotels in each city including the St. Regis in Shanghai and the Shangri-la in Beijing leading cuisine, top-class entertainment and a maximum group size of 24.

Priced from $3,499 per person, double, the itinerary includes roundtrip airfare from Los Angeles or San Francisco, airfare between cities in Asia, accommodations, sightseeing in air-conditioned vehicles, meals and entertainment per the itinerary, and tour guides.

Departure dates are available March through November, with a bonus of $100 off per person for bookings made by Feb. 28.
