Slated to open in the winter of 2014/15, the $150 million project will be built in the master-planned resort development called Christophe Harbour, on the island’s southeast peninsula. Upon completion, Park Hyatt St. Kitts will have 200 guestrooms and 50 branded residential condominiums.
