The Liberty to Do it All

At 160,000 GRT with a capacity of 3,634 guests double-occupancy, Liberty of the Seas debuted in May 2007 with the popular, industry-first amenities seen on Freedom of the Seas, including the FlowRider®, the H2O ZoneSM water park, a full-size boxing ring and a 14-person family suite. The ship’s 445 foot-long Royal Promenade will keep guests busy at one of the many restaurants, shops and lounges. From an Italian-style pizzeria, Sorrento's, to A Clean Shave men's barbershop and the Hoof & Claw pub-cruisers have a wide variety of venues to visit and experience while onboard. In addition to the popular FlowRider, Royal Caribbean's active onboard amenities include an interactive sculpture garden, located in the H2O Zone water park. Both offer many ways to stay cool in the Caribbean sun. Cantilevered whirlpools suspended 112 feet above the ocean, located in Liberty's serene solarium, are an adults-only oasis flanked by a pool, hammocks and colorful art sculptures.

Enhanced Family Programs: Take Your Family Vacations to Next Level

Launching on Liberty of the Seas is the first loyalty program specifically designed for cruisers below the age of 18 as well as new and exciting enhancements in Royal Caribbean's award-winning Adventure Ocean children and teen programming. Teens and children will be able to
enjoy tailored benefits through Royal Caribbean's Crown & Anchor Society Youth Program, as well as earn cruise credits with the cruise line. Royal Caribbean guests ages three to 17 can develop their performing arts skills and practice self-expression through Adventure Theater, an immersive program developed with Camp Broadway, New York City's renowned children's theater program. Cruisers of all ages can learn to spin their favorite tunes at Scratch DJ 101 classes, created by New York's famed Scratch DJ Academy. Designed exclusively for Royal Caribbean, Build and Grow with Lowe's® brings together parents and five-to-11-year-old children to build their own cruise ship. Three to five year-old Aquanauts will explore, discover and learn about the world around them in six new classes created in partnership with Fisher-Price®.

Vitality: A Total Mind, Body and Soul Vacation

Vacationers in search of better balance in their lives can experience a total mind, body and soul vacation with Royal Caribbean International's new Vitality program. Launching with the most innovative ship at seas, Liberty of the Seas and scheduled to go fleetwide before 2008, the program provides an integrated approach to wellness, offering guests more choices to foster a healthier lifestyle. Vitality provides guests with opportunities to incorporate sports and fitness of every activity level into their cruise vacation. In addition, a variety of spa treatments are aimed at helping guests find their individual lifestyle balance. Guests eager to go the extra mile for a healthier, more balanced perspective on life can look to the Vitality program lecture series developed by a health and wellness expert for advice on stress and relaxation, weight management, and health and fitness. A lifestyle balance extends well beyond the onboard experience, since Royal Caribbean's popular shore excursions will also reflect the new Vitality program.

Explorer Weddings: Love's Expression Knows No Bounds

Reflecting the cruise line's dedication to provide guests with exciting and innovative experiences, Royal Caribbean International unveiled the Explorer Weddings program which launched fleetwide in May along with Liberty of the Seas. The first-of-its-kind program combines a cruise with an exotic destination or themed wedding. Couples saying "I do" for the first time or repeating their vows will share in a customized wedding experience onboard or shoreside. Explorer Weddings add an extra measure of exhilaration for couples, who can exchange vows in distinctive settings, such as on the FlowRider surf simulator, on top of an Alaskan glacier, mid-air in a hot-air balloon or in a medieval castle.
