This spring, Gutsy Women Travel’s nine-day river cruise is
navigating the waterways of Belgium and Holland at the height of
tulip season. With a deluxe ship and an itinerary that includes
city and countryside alike, the latest trip “designed specifically
by women for women” is set to depart April 26 and explore the two
countries via waterway.
For $2,649 per person, based on double occupancy, the package
includes roundtrip airfare to Amsterdam (from New York City, with
other departure cities available) and seven nights aboard the MS
Amadeus Royal.
From the ship, the ladies are invited to explore the cities of
Amsterdam, Antwerp and Ghent, along with the smaller villages of
Edam and Zierikzee. With the benefit of traveling in small groups,
Gutsy Women Travel’s shore excursions include cruising Amsterdam’s
canals in a glass-bottom boat, looking at the art of the Dutch
masters at the Rijksmuseum and visiting the Delta Works, one of the
world’s most complex engineering projects. Moreover, Gutsy Women
Travel is especially excited about the itinerary’s perfectly timed
culmination at the Keukenhof Gardens where floral displays, amidst
windmills, lakes and greenhouses, will be in full bloom.
“A river cruise is one of the most comfortable and convenient
ways to see the Netherlands and Belgium.,” said president and
co-founder of Gutsy Women Travel, April M. Merenda. “Once they
board the ship, ladies only need to unpack once and settle in for
an enchanting experience. Due to the smaller size of our ship,
we’ll be able to dock right in the town center allowing passengers
to walk right off the ship into the heart of each port city, saving
precious travel time.”
In addition to roundtrip airfare, accommodations and shore
excursions, the Gutsy Women Travel package, starting at $2,649,
includes 20 meals, unlimited wine and beer with dinners and the
ongoing services of a cruise director.
Agents should mention promotional code GWTHB200 when
