Presidents’ Week Offers A Mountain of Savings in New York
Families staying at Mohonk Mountain House can take advantage of big savings during its Presidents’ Week Special, which will run Feb. 15-19. Children ages 12 and under can stay and eat free when sharing a room with two adults at this Victorian castle resort, located 90 miles north of the Big Apple. Guests can participate in activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snow tubing and ice-skating in Mohonk’s open-air pavilion. Additionally, parents can relax while children put on plays, dig for fossils, participate in hikes and become Junior Naturalists at the Kids’ Club. There are a limited number of single-parent rooms available for this call-only special.

Say Hello to 2016 in Florida
Ring in the new year at Saddlebrook Resort Tampa in Wesley Chapel, Fla., where children under 16 stay free when accompanied by adults as a part of the property’s New Year’s Eve Gala Special. The offer, valid on Dec. 31, 2015, includes deluxe accommodations, party  admission for adults, teens and kids and a discounted rate on tickets to Busch Gardens in Tampa. Kids can also take advantage of the resort’s S’Kids Club, which will feature holiday-themed activities. Rates begin at $165 per adult.

Kids Eat for Free in Fiji
Families who stay four or more nights at Paradise Cove Resort in Fiji can take advantage of its Kids Eat Free offer, which applies to children ages 5 to 12 who are traveling until Dec. 20, 2015, or between Jan. 14 and March 31, 2016. An outdoor pool, kids’ club and various water activities will keep children occupied while parents catch some sun on the beach or indulge in a romantic dinner.

Rocking Out in Mexico
Two kids ages 4 to 12 can stay and eat for free at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Punta Cana for travel in 2016. The offer applies to families staying in a signature family suite at Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana or in a deluxe family suite at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta with at least one paying adult. Children can hang out at the properties’ Kids’ Clubs and participate in interactive activities such as singing and dancing. Older kids and adults staying at the Riviera Maya property can become rock stars themselves, learning to play various instruments and performing in front of an audience through the hotel’s Music Lab program.

Cruise Through Alaska for $999
Kids can attend lectures by Alaska expert Terry Breen and join in on Club Mariner Youth Program activities thanks to Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Kids Sail for $999 deal. The offer extends to children ages 17 or younger and can be combined with the cruise line’s Free Unlimited Shore Excursions incentive. The deal is applicable for the cruise line’s Glacial Grandeur, Jewels of Alaska and Epic Klondike voyages, in addition to several other select sailings. Roundtrip airfare, gratuities and excursions are included in the price.

Fourth-Graders Are Free With Austin Adventures
Fourth-graders and their families will have free access to national parks during the 2015-2016 school year, thanks to an initiative enacted by President Barack Obama in honor of the National Park Service’s 100th anniversary. Austin Adventures is taking this to the next level by waiving all expenses for fourth-graders booked on its all-inclusive, active family tours through national parks. The offer covers lodging, meals and transfers on various tours that emphasize biking, kayaking, horseback riding and other nature-related activities and applies to families staying in a room with three or more guests.
