Ohana Waikiki East is now offering a conference package designed for small corporate meetings and business gatherings.
For a flat fee of $45 per person, the package provides a meeting space for up to eight hours, continental breakfast, a lunch buffet and two refreshment breaks. The use of a podium, microphone, wall screen, extension cord and a power strip is also available at no charge. A minimum of 20 guests is required to book this special rate.
"The pool terrace conference room at Ohana Waikiki East offers three different venue layouts, making it compatible for intimate gatherings of 20 guests or expanding into a reception for up to 150 people," said Ohana sales and marketing director Tom Wakita.
The continental breakfast includes an assortment of pastries, juices, coffee and tea. The deli lunch buffet allows guests to enjoy a custom-made sandwich alongside mixed greens, chips, cookies and brownies. For the afternoon snack, guests get both caffeinated and decaffeinated drinks and a choice of trail mix or popcorn and energy bars.
All Ohana Waikiki East guests can take advantage of the hotel's Waikiki Connection, offering such free amenities as Internet access, local phone calls, phone calls to the mainland U.S. and Canada, an in-room safe, in-room coffee and tea, daily local newspaper, drawstring beach tote and rides aboard the Waikiki Trolley's Pink Line, which takes travelers throughout Waikiki and to Waikiki Beach Walk and Ala Moana Center.
