Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, located on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island, is now offering two new three-night adventure packages for those who want to stay hot (or cool) this year. Both packages offer guests a secluded private retreat in spacious cabana room accommodations, complete with large, private balconies fronting historic Hawaiian fishponds and Anaehoomalu Bay. While both packages offer the same guestroom accommodations, the degrees of fun couldn’t be more extreme.

The first package, aptly titled “Some Like it Hot” offers guests a taste of the hottest spots on the island. Guests receive a Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Big Island Spectacular Helicopter Tour for two with Hawaii Volcanoes National Park Pass credit. They also receive a complimentary daily Steam and Hot Stone Massage for two at the resort’s new Mandara Spa. Rates start at $3,924 plus tax.

For clients who can’t stand the heat, the “Some Like it Cool” offers a welcome respite. Included in this package is a Kohala Waterfalls Adventure Hiking Tour for two and a daily trip for two at the Mandara Spa where guests will enjoy an Aroma Spa Ocean Wrap and Massage. Rates start at $3,325 plus tax.

Both packages are valid through Dec. 21 for a three-night stay based on double occupancy.
