Eleven hotels in Waikiki are participating in this year’s Travel Pink, Travel Oahu, the Oahu Visitors Bureau’s fall campaign supporting the Hawaii affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The following properties have developed special packages benefiting the campaign, which supports the fight against breast cancer.

Six of Aqua Hotels and Resorts’ boutique hotels are listing the Pamper Me Pink package, providing clients with a 60-minute massage, health-and-wellness bag and yoga mat. With rates from $136 per night through Dec. 31, the package is available at the Aqua Aloha Surf and Spa, Aqua Bamboo and Spa, Aqua Palms and Spa, Aqua Waikiki Wave, Coconut Waikiki Hotel and the Equus. Aqua is making a donation to Komen Hawaii for all Pamper Me Pink bookings and for all Aqua Boutique bookings confirmed for October.

Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort and Spa’s Travel Pink package includes a Pink Drink for two, spa treatment for two and dinner buffet for two at the resort’s signature Kuhio Beach Grill. Rates are $399 per room, per night, through Dec. 25. Marriott will also make a donation to the Komen Hawaii affiliate.

In conjunction with the Travel Pink, Travel Oahu initiative, the Halekulani is donating a portion of each October booking to Komen Hawaii. In addition, it has come up with the Travel Pink Getaway package. Starting at $670 per night through Dec. 22, it indulges clients with a pink welcome cocktail, two 55-minute spa treatments and a spa amenity.

Hilton Hawaiian Village Beach Resort and Spa is running a Travel Pink package starting at $229 per night through Dec. 20. It includes a $20 discount off spa treatments, 20 percent discount off lunch, a tote bag with yoga mat, breast cancer awareness bracelet and cloisonne pin. Hilton Hawaiian Village is also making an outright Komen Hawaii donation of $5,000.

In early 2009, Waikiki’s legendary Royal Hawaiian will reopen after a multimillion-dollar renovation. Clients can experience the hotel’s new look and support a great cause by booking its Travel Pink package by Dec. 31, for travel from Jan. 1-July 31, 2009. Guests get a pink champagne and banana bread welcome amenity, beach club bag and 15 percent off any spa treatment. Rates vary according to room type. The hotel will make an outright donation of $1,000 to the Komen Hawaii affiliate.

Waikiki Parc Hotel invites clients to book the three-night My Place Waikiki Escape package starting at $999 and available through Dec. 20. It includes daily breakfast for two, a bottle of signature wine, $150 dining credit and either a spa experience, surfing lesson or 24-hour use of an exotic car. During the month of October, Waikiki Parc will contribute a donation from each stay to the Komen Hawaii affiliate.
