When Aston Hotels & Resorts and Aqua Hospitality became Aqua-Aston Hospitality in 2015, the company emerged with a highly diversified portfolio of Hawaii accommodations. 

But while most travel agents know that the new brand features a range of properties and rates, they might not be taking full advantage of its many sales tools. Luckily, we’ve got the inside scoop on Aqua-Aston’s offerings. Check out these seven features that will help you better sell the brand to clients.

Cash Back Bonus Program
Aqua-Aston has improved its Cash Back Booking Bonus program, which is available on reservations at any of its 50 properties. Travel agents can earn up to $250 per booking, and there’s no need to sign up in advance. 

Direct Connectivity
As a combined entity, the company now offers direct connectivity across its portfolio of 50 properties. Agents can book according to real-time availability, inventory and rates. The brand is also committed to adding more wholesale partners. 

Exclusive VIP Penthouses
Aqua-Aston presents a selection of VIP penthouse units that are not advertised on its website. Guests can only book them if their travel agent is in-the-know, making the rooms an exclusive experience. 

Hawaii-Based Reservations Team
The brand’s new centralized reservations center, which launches this month, is based solely in Hawaii. Open 24/7, it promises accurate, insightful knowledge from local experts. The end result is better service for agents and their clients. 

All of Aqua-Aston’s hotels are LGBT-friendly. The brand belongs to the International Gay and Lesbian Travel Association, and it meets LGBT-friendly standards. It has hosted gay weddings, and it runs LGBT Hawaii-focused webinars for agents around the U.S. 

New Products
On Oahu, the company just opened Surfjack Hotel and Swim Club. Other new additions include Grand Naniloa Hotel on Hawaii Island, the rebranded Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay and Lava Lava Beach Club, an open-air eatery at Kauai Shores.
