Las Vegas’ Circus Circus hotel has long been a favorite lodging choice for families visiting Sin City, thanks to its daily circus performances and large volume of arcade games. The hotel’s indoor theme park, the Adventuredome, is another reason to visit. The park’s newest attraction? The jaw-dropping El Loco rollercoaster.
On the 72-second ride, thrill seekers will experience negative g-force as El Loco dips, twists and turns, ascending 90 feet in the air at its highest point and reaching speeds of up to 45 miles per hour. Of course, this gut-wrenching attraction is geared toward older kids and adults. All riders must be 48 inches tall.
The Adventuredome’s El Loco is the sixth of its kind in the world, with sister rides in Australia, China, France, the U.K. and Indiana.
All-day passes to the Adventuredome are $29.95 for guests 48 inches or taller. Visitors under 48 inches tall may buy an all-day pass for $16.95. www.adventuredome.com
