In response to consumer demand for authentic wellness options while traveling, Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas has launched a series of yoga programs at all resort locations, as well as select Six Sense partner spas. Designed to provide holistic, results-driven sessions for guests, programming includes Discover Yoga, ideal for novices, and Yoga Detox, which draws upon hatha yoga cleansing techniques and is suitable for more experienced pratictioners. Yogic Sleep will be introduced later this year and will focus on full body relaxation and meditation, both of which can lead to improved sleep.
