This year, Westin Hotels & Resorts is introducing the Westin Well-Being Movement, featuring a variety of partnerships and programs to improve guests’ well-being. The initiative will be led by a group of wellness experts and will span Westin’s six pillars of well-being: sleep well, eat well, move well, feel well, work well and play well.

Offerings aimed at finding wellness include Westin’s “Heavenly Bath” amenities and a new gear-lending program that provides New Balance shoes and clothing for guests to use during their stay for only $5. In partnership with New Balance, Westin also offers the RunWestin program, which maps out three- and five-mile routes for guests to run with their hotel’s Run Concierge or on their own. In-room spa treatments and “Westin Weekend” packages with extended breakfast hours and late checkout are also available.
