The Hotel Marina El Cid Riviera Maya, the newest upscale resort
on Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, has announced all-inclusive plans
with velvet-glove amenities and service fit for royalty.
Through the summer, all-inclusive junior suite rates are
available from $99.50 (U.S. dollars) per person per night, based on
double occupancy and availability. Special rates for one-, two- and
three-bedroom suites also are offered.
Platinum Club Level Service, which is a $40-per-night upgrade,
includes an oceanview suite, extra-comfort beds and linens, special
areas for check-in and check-out, butler service, fruit basket,
bottle of sparkling wine and turndown service with hors
All prices cover unlimited food and drinks, plus full use of the
resort's numerous luxury facilities and amenities.

reputation as one of the premier resorts on the Maya Riviera,"

Open since February, Marina El Cid is situated a stone's throw
from the beach, just onshore from Morelos National Reef Park in the
town of Puerto Morelos. Its 200 spacious suites are dispersed in 11
four-story structures surrounding a 22,000-sq.-ft. freeform pool
with a waterfall and swim-up bar. The hotel also operates a
full-service, 350-slip marina for those arriving via yacht or

2,397-sq.-ft. three-bedroom accommodations. Bright and airy, they
feature marble floors and baths, private terraces, a living area
and full kitchenette. Each two- and three-bedroom suite also has a
built-in Jacuzzi on the balcony.
A full range of activities include water sports, two large
swimming pools, an adults-only Mediterranean day lounge on the
beach, shopping and a variety of dining experiences. Plans also are
underway to open the El Cid Theater in late summer or early fall.
The facility will feature nightly themed dinner shows.
