At TravelAge West’s WAVE Awards, Los Cabos was honored as an Editor’s Pick in the category for agents’ Favorite Three-Night Destination to Sell. Agents selling Los Cabos vacations can now vie for something special for themselves. Barcelo Los Cabos Palace Deluxe is rewarding the top sellers of stays at the Los Cabos, Mexico property. Prize packages include complimentary stays in master or swim-up suites at the all-inclusive resort.

The grand prize winner receives a three-night complimentary stay in a master suite as well as an iPad 2; the second prize winner receives a three-night complimentary stay in a swim-up suite as well as a Xbox Kinect; the third prize winner will receive a three-night complimentary stay in a junior suite oceanview as well as a Xbox Kinect; and the fourth and fifth place winners each receive a Kindle.

Designed in the California hacienda style, the five-star, all-inclusive Barcelo Los Cabos Palace Deluxe has 619 suites, including 34 swim-up suites which are exclusive to both Barcelo and the destination. Room amenities and features include 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets, jetted bathtubs and the latest in in-room technology, including a guest interface made up of a television, room climate and drapery controls, room service requests and Internet and direct phone access.

The resort has a lot to boast about, including a white-sand beach that is 650 feet in width and a half-mile in length. The resort bills itself as having the most square feet of meeting space in Los Cabos. The resort has five specialty restaurants, offering Spanish, Italian, French and Japanese cuisine as well as an international buffet; a traditional Mexican buffet; and numerous bars and nightclubs.  Barcelo Los Cabos Palace Deluxe also has a full-service spa with 16 private treatment rooms as well as three beachside palapas for private outdoor treatments. There’s also a plus for those looking for authentic Mexican culture, since the resort is nearby the picturesque town of San Jose del Cabo.
