American Airlines (AA) has updated its website, AA.com, to make it easier for travelers to personalize their travel bookings. Passengers can save preferred destinations, products and interests in their online profiles, allowing them to receive customized fare alerts and special offers. Clients can also now earn frequent-flyer miles on flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises and activity purchases bought on the site. International flight check-in details may also be stored online in each customer’s My Account section, allowing passengers to bypass entering this information when booking international flights. Additionally, companies with a Business ExtrAA membership can earn points on all AA.com bookings when their employees save the company’s Business ExtrAA account number in their personal profiles.
