Two-night luxury fam cruise available for member and nonmember travel agents

The Association of Travel Agents of America and Radisson Seven Seas Cruises are co-sponsoring a two-night cruise fam from San Pedro Harbor in Los Angeles Dec. 16-18.

According to ATAA spokesperson Lisa Honebrink, the group has chartered the Navigator for this cruise to nowhere as an “opportunity for the travel sellers industry and an opportunity for agents to invite their clients along to experience luxury cruising.”

ATAA members and non-members, along with consumer clients, are invited. CLIA will offer an onboard training class for agents, providing credits for its ACC/MCC designations.

For agencies with consumer guests, the consumer rate is commissionable at 10%, and a tour-conductor program offers the 16th berth free for 15 full-paying guests.

Consumers will receive a future cruise credit certificate for $250 per guest (categories H-A) and $500 per guest (categories NS-MS). Even though it is a charter, consumers will automatically become members of Radisson’s Past Guest program, which offers additional 5% savings on future Radisson cruises.

Embarkation will be Monday, Dec. 16, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; disembarkation will be Wednesday, Dec. 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

The cost is $200 for ATAA members and $300 for nonmember travel agents and guests.

Agents can register online at, or by calling Conni at 888-550-1195.
