Miami-based America’s Vacation Center recently changed its name to Avoya Travel. The name change represents the company’s initiative to continue to provide travel resources and vacation options using the benefits of the company’s more than 20-year-old relationship with American Express Travel. The family-owned travel agency, which has been in business for more than 40 years, will continue to use America’s Vacation Center as part of its U.S. brand.

“Avoya Travel will bring a multitude of new experiences over the next few years to our customers, our network of independent agency owners and our supplier partners,” said Brad Anderson, co-president of Avoya Travel. “Avoya Travel is now known as ‘The World’s Local Travel Experts,’ offering our award-winning specialists to travelers globally.”
