Cayman Islands Appoints New GM

The Cayman Islands’ Department of Tourism (DOT) has welcomed Thomas Ludington, an accomplished, national-sales performer and veteran of the leisure travel industry, as the general manager of its U.S. National Office. 

Reporting to the DOT’s deputy director for international marketing and promotions, Ludington will oversee the operational aspects of the Cayman Islands’ marketing activities in the U.S. The role involves directing its annual advertising and promotion activities, Internet and direct marketing, brand management and development, research and reporting, management and development of staff, operations, administrative and financial management as well as managing U.S. industry relations and affinity groups, wholesales and other stakeholder groups.
