Club Med invests in its future

Years ago, Paris-based Club Med introduced the concept of all-inclusive vacationing to the world, giving rise to a host of competitors. A healthy, competitive environment makes it necessary for a company to stay on top of and introduce the trends that drive its business. Club Med is no exception, as you will read in our cover story (see page 10).

And talk about all inclusive! We received the letter below regarding a cruise put together for a group of clients with special needs. Princess Cruises is applauded for going the extra mile to ensure that each of its passengers enjoyed a wonderful time at sea.
