Sarah Morgan, Ph.D., has worked with Context Travel as a docent since 2007, and will now manage its core operations in Italy as a scholar-administrator. Working alongside regional manager Jessica Stewart in Rome, Morgan will oversee Context Travel’s walking seminars in Italian cities, including Rome, Florence, Naples and Venice.

"I am very excited to be working for Context and to be a part of the managerial team promoting sustainable travel through our walks," says Morgan. "Having already worked as a docent in the field I have a deep understanding of what makes our walking seminars different from traditional tours and how Context, as an organization, differentiates itself from other global tour companies."

Morgan has also worked in a managerial position at the Keats-Shelley Museum in Rome. She holds a Masters degree in Italian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and earned her Ph.D. in History from the University of Sydney.
