Costa Cruises North America has promoted Wendi Mannix, Adriana Orta and Carmen Corvos-Roig to senior director of their respective departments.

“Our recent company reorganization expanded the duties and widened the areas of responsibility for our top executives,” said Maurice Zarmati, president and CEO of Costa Cruises North America. “Wendi, Adriana and Carmen have made a great contribution to the successful transition of our company and are continuing to ensure that we maintain our high levels of customer service and product quality.”

In February 2007, Mannix was hired as marketing manager and was promoted to director of marketing, overseeing the marketing department. She is responsible for collateral development, direct marketing, online and offline media, as well as other marketing duties.

Orta was hired in January 2008 as reservations director, responsible for reservations and guest relations. Under her new title of senior director of guests services, her duties also include groups, air/sea and special services.

Corvos-Roig joined the Costa team in February 2009 as director of strategic alliances and key accounts. During the past two years, she has been instrumental in developing strong relationships with important travel industry partners.
