Gogo Vacations launched five additional teams dedicated to group planning. The launch of these additional businesses expands Gogo’s group teams to six in total, making it one of the industry’s most comprehensive departments dedicated to group travel planning. Located throughout the U.S., the teams are designed to service states within the West, Midwest, South, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast and New England regions.

“As destination weddings, multigenerational travel and the like continue to grow, we recognize the need from the agency community to have experienced wholesale consultants to help them plan, execute and close all their group inquiries,” said Michele Kish, president of Gogo Vacations. “Consumers look to travel agents for the experience — it’s the experience that keeps them coming back. A destination wedding or 30-person family reunion is not something that they can plan on the Internet, and travel agents should have a trusted place to turn to to grow their group business. We’re dedicated to growing the agency community’s business and this is yet another step Gogo is making to show our partnership.”

Deb Delgado (Gogo Groups West), Terri Van Sloun (Gogo Groups Midwest), Wendy Sarama (Gogo Groups Northeast), Karen Fogarty (Gogo Groups New England), Diana Mazzeo (Gogo Groups South) and Ronnie Imbrunone (Gogo Groups Mid-Atlantic) will be leading teams of experienced groups. 866-484-1272; www.gogowwv.com
