Craig G. Nakamura replaces Kyoko Kimura as the newest board member of the Hawaii Tourism Authority, confirmed by the Hawaii State Senate on May 3.

"We are pleased to have Craig Nakamura join the HTA board,” said Mike McCartney, president and CEO of the Hawaii Tourism Authority. “Born and raised in Hawaii and having spent the past 25 years on Maui, he understands the importance of Hawaii as a tourism economy and will bring his expertise, experiences and perspective to the HTA.”

Nakamura and his family reside in Maui, where he is a practicing attorney with Carlsmith Ball LLP. He has previously practiced law in Los Angeles and Honolulu and currently serves on the board of several community organizations.
