Holland America Line Promotes Dan Grausz

In addition to his current responsibilities for Holland America Line (HAL), Dan Grausz will now also assume the position of executive vice president of fleet operations. Grausz will continue to report to Stein Kruse, president and CEO, and will work closely with the Seabourn management team.

“Dan has been integrally involved with all aspects of Holland America Line’s marine hotel, nautical, technical, security, safety and environmental management systems and compliance programs … He will play a significant role in helping to bring out the new Seabourn Quest this summer and in all aspects of fleet operations” says Kruse.

Grausz previously served as HAL’s vice president and general counsel and, since 2004, has been the senior vice president, fleet operations. He has a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University and a MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania as well as a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
