NTA tour operators who attend Contact on Hawaii, the Big Island, from Aug. 15-17, will have the chance to participate in operator-operator networking and specifically tailored education. NTA will also offer three sessions of last year’s successful China Market Forum, featuring government officials and tour operators from China and the U.S.
This year’s education lineup is themed “Waves of Change, Global Trends That Will Disrupt Your Business,” and participants will learn about current global industry trends. Sessions include the seminar “Managing With Aloha,” which outlines business philosophy, as well as “Leadership and Change Management,” “The Great NTA Tech Tool and Social Media Swap,” “How-To Tactics for Tackling the Millennial Generation” and more.
