Renaissance Rolls Out the Red Carpet for the Music Industry

For almost a year, Renaissance Hotels has been creating the entertainment/cultural platform called RLife Live a free, national program created for hotel guests in cities across the country, which allows them to experience the music industry on a more intimate level on site at Renaissance properties. The program recently launched with a range of artists including Robyn, Robin Thicke, Sam Ronson, Neon Trees, Solange Knowles, Thievery Corporation and Eli Reed among others.

The RLife Live program gives Renaissance guests the chance to engage with musical talent on-site at the hotel properties. Renaissance has curated these experiences, with events ranging from intimate acoustic performances, to listening parties and pre- and post-concert events as well as meet-and-greets that go beyond just a quick photo-op or autograph signing. 

“Renaissance Hotels has always had its finger on the pulse of the music industry, but we are thrilled to officially launch the RLife Live platform, which will allow us to consistently introduce hotel guests to emerging talent and unique experiences and surprises within the entertainment world,” said Dan Vinh, vice president of marketing for Renaissance Hotels.

To kick off the RLife Live program, select New York, San Francisco and Chicago Renaissance properties hosted simultaneous performances. The locations were chosen to highlight the uniqueness of the Renaissance portfolio, from its modern New York Times Square property to the historic Stanford Court in San Francisco and the classic Chicago Downtown hotel.
