Trafalgar Tours recently launched an ePartners communications program to assist agents with closing more sales and developing closer relationships with their clients. The program works to connect agents with their clients. For example, clients who register online with Trafalgar’s Express Check-in system will receive an Essential’s Kit of valuable information and advice as well as co-branded marketing materials. With the new program, agents will also receive weekly statements detailing the status of their current bookings, as well as post-tour information and feedback from their clients. Trafalgar also plans to unveil a White Label Affiliate program application that allows agents to integrate both live content and a booking engine into their existing Web site to enable a more seamless booking process.
