The online portal provides agents with the ability to make and manage online bookings, search for itineraries, deals and products as well as participate in training programs and webinars.

As part of its evolution, Trafalgar’s website provides a variety of training mediums for agents who want to learn more about booking and product offers. Agents can achieve “super travel agent status” by participating in the website’s learning program. The website also provides demonstration videos about how to book during holidays, product and destination webinars and access to one-on-one training seminars with a company sales manager.
