Travel Impressions launched its quarterly Social U. by Travel Impressions social media webinars with more than 2,300 participating travel agents over the course of the three-day series. Through the webinars, Travel Impressions provided agents with “60 Tips in 60 Minutes” for utilizing social media to enhance agents’ bottom lines as well as their rapport with their customers.

Social U. by Travel Impressions was created by Susan Black, executive vice president for Travel Impressions and a longtime social media expert, and was segmented into three categories — beginner, intermediate and advanced webinars. Each session provided agents with the opportunity to learn how to utilize various social media tools and tactics to market themselves to their clients at their own pace.
