Aiming to help travel agents become more competitive in digital marketing and social media, Travel Impressions has announced a restructuring of its top management, naming Susan Black its executive vice president, chief marketing officer, and John Hanratty as executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Black formerly held the position of executive vice president, global e-commerce and was also previously the co-founder and partner of The Black & Wright Group. Her new position as CMO will expand upon her global eCommerce responsibilities in an integrated marketing role.
Hanratty has served as CMO of Travel Impressions for the past eight years, guiding product marketing and expansion into the global arena. As chief operating officer, he will be responsible for the company’s global sales and destination teams, as well as adding all “customer facing” departments of the organization.
