The Seattle-based adventure cruise line, Un-Cruise Adventures, announced the addition of John Kreilkamp to its sales team. Kreilkamp will fill the company’s newly created position of group and charter business development chair. In his new role, Kreilkamp will focus on growing group business and full ship charter for the line’s eight guest vessels. Kreilkamp will be servicing accounts nationwide from both the company’s Seattle headquarters and his hometown of Anchorage, Alaska. Un-Cruise Adventure’s executive vice president of sales and marketing, Tim Jacox, has high hopes for Kreilkamp.

“Our smaller vessels are perfectly suited for charters and groups and John’s knowledge of the small ship industry will be key for growing this part of our business,” said Jacox. “The bonding experience that happens on our trips — from family groups to organizations — is exceptional, and we expect to increase this portion of our business significantly with John’s help.”

Kreilkamp has 25 years of sales and operations experience in the travel industry from his time at the former small ship cruise line Cruise West, where he was vice president of Alaska land operations. Most recently, Kreilkamp worked in sales and customer relations at Alaska’s General Communications Inc.
