Walt Disney Parks and Resorts recently received the Spirit of Hospitality Award from the Destination & Travel Foundation during the organization’s 20th Annual Destination & Travel Foundation Dinner & Dream Auction. The award honors Walt Disney Parks and Resorts – an $11 billion dollar company that entails Disney’s theme parks, resorts, time shares, travel companies, cruise lines and Disney Imagineering – and its consistent support for travel and tourism and social responsibility. The award is presented annually by the foundation, which is a combined effort between Destination Marketing Association International and U.S. Travel Association.
