It has been anything but “business as usual” in the travel industry
over the past several years. Many of you have found it necessary to
step back and take a long, hard look at your business in order to
adapt to the changing times.
ASTA is certainly no different. The association is faced with
the task of setting goals for the future. But it also must meet the
changing needs of its members. Our cover story (see page 10) will
hopefully give you something to ponder as you get ready for this
year’s World Congress.
