To add to the onboard experience, Rocky Mountaineer has recently added a newly revamped culinary program inspired by the flavors of Western Canada. Created by its team of executive chefs, the rail line has developed menus for all its dining rooms featuring locally sourced ingredients such as wild British Columbia sockeye salmon and Alberta pork tenderloin. In addition, the menus are complemented by a variety of award-winning wines from the region. The menus are designed to focus on the wine and cuisine of Western Canada, highlighting the delicacies that are unique to the specific areas along each of the line’s rail routes.
Awarded the 2012 World Travel Award for World’s Leading Travel Experience by Train, Rocky Mountaineer offers travelers five-star service with unparalleled views of the Canadian landscape. The addition of the regional culinary experience gives guests a unique taste of this part of the world while the new online booking system makes it easier for agents to get them there.
